Returns & Refunds

At TrendyTrades.co.uk, we aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’re here to assist you with returns and refunds. Whether your item is malfunctioning, damaged, or no longer needed, we provide a 30-day return policy to address your concerns.

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, please ensure the following:

  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
  • It is in brand-new condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Returns Process

Before returning an item, please email us at sales@trendytrades.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have the RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging, include proof of purchase, and send the return to us.

Please note the following:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Packages returned after 30 days will be returned to you at your cost.

Guidelines for Returning Items

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging intact.
  • Do not place labels, tape, or any other material directly on the original packaging.
  • Items damaged or altered will not be eligible for a full refund.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item is properly packaged during the return shipment. If the item is damaged during transit due to insufficient packaging, a £15 fee may be charged.

We recommend using your local Royal Mail Post Office for returns. Please keep proof of postage in case your return is lost, as we cannot assist with lost items without it.

Restocking Fee

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to returns for unwanted items or incorrect orders.
  • Depreciation costs may also be applied to misused or damaged items or in cases where a special request refund is processed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 1-2 weeks. Please note that depending on your credit card issuer, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your account. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

If the returned items are damaged or not in their original condition, you may receive a partial refund or no refund at all. Additionally, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important Notes for Returns

  • Customers must return their items by post only.
  • Ensure that you follow the provided instructions carefully when returning items. If you return a package without the correct instructions, we cannot take responsibility for it.

Tracking and Delivery

Once your return has been received, we will notify you via email and provide tracking information for the refund or exchange. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the item to reach us and for the refund to be processed.
