Order Processing

Orders placed after 1 p.m. on Friday or during weekends will be processed the next business day. Orders on bank holidays will be processed the next business day, though this may vary during the Christmas and New Year holidays.

Address Modification

To modify your delivery address, please contact our customer service department immediately. Changes may not be possible once the order is shipped.

Order Cancellation

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been dispatched. If you wish to return unwanted products, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Delivery Errors

All items are carefully examined, wrapped, and sealed before delivery to ensure accuracy. If there are any issues with your order, such as missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact us.

Delivery to Different Addresses

We can deliver to addresses other than your billing address. Ensure all information is correct during checkout. The billing address must match the card registration address.

Delivery Notifications

You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information. The courier will also send an SMS with a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery.

Shipping Costs and Times

1-Economy (Free on Orders Over £25.99): 4-5 working days

2-Express Shipping (£4.99): 3-4 working days

3-Express Signed for (£5.99): 2-3 working days

4-Special Delivery Details:

For orders below £70: Delivery charge is £7.99

For orders between £70 and £150: Delivery charge is £8.99

For orders above £150: Delivery charge is £8.99

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, delivery will be delayed until restocked. Contact our customer support for more details.

Workplace Delivery

We can deliver to your workplace if you have purchased from us before. For first-time buyers, we can only deliver to your home address.

Weekend Delivery

Orders placed before 9 p.m. on Friday will be delivered on Saturday.

Missed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery, the courier will leave a calling card and attempt a second delivery the next day. After a second missed attempt, the order will be returned to us.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all UK mainland postcodes, with longer delivery times for the Scottish Highlands. We also deliver to Northern Ireland.
